The goods are delivered to the Buyer at the seller’s factory and the transport risk is transferred to the first carrier together with the delivery of the goods. The goods always travel at Buyer’s risk, even when the carrier is chosen and commissioned by the seller, since the latter is released from all responsibility when delivering the products to the carrier, which for all purposes is intended to be made on the Buyer’s behalf.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the dimensional and functional parameters of the products are those expressed in the drawings and technical specifications of the seller.
The products supplied are covered by a warranty against material and / or manufacturing defects for a period of twelve months, excluding gas and electrical components.
The company does not respond to any damage caused to people or things due to failure or forced suspension of the equipment use.
